Hadi Yektaş, PhD

Hadi Yektaş is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at Antalya International University (AIU).


He completed his undergraduate studies in Mathematics and Economics at Koç University, and his Masters and PhD studies in Economics at U. of Pittsburgh. His PhD thesis was supervised by Andreas Blume.


Before joining AIU, he worked at U. of Guelph as a visiting Assistant Professor and at the U. of Melbourne as a Research Fellow and chaired the Department of Economics at Zirve University.


Hadi Yektaş’ main research focuses on the theory of auctions and games of war with incomplete information. His papers have been published in Games and Economic Behavior, International Journal of Game Theory and Review of Economic Design.


He has taught many microeconomics courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He is currently teaching Managerial Economics (in Turkish) in AIU MBA program.
